This Privacy Policy explains how Zonopact, Inc. ("Zonopact," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use OptoGlide, our AI Creative Intelligence Platform, and related websites and services (collectively, the "Service").
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company, and billing details when you create an account or request a demo. We also collect content you upload or generate through the Service, including briefs, brand assets, and generated creative.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including device information, browser type, IP address, and usage data, such as which features you interact with and how often.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating creative content on your behalf.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- To process payments and manage billing.
- To monitor and improve platform security, and detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as cloud infrastructure and payment processors, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We may share information with affiliated Zonopact products, such as Clintra and ZonalGuard360, only where you have connected those products to your OptoGlide workspace.
Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. Following account cancellation, Creative Asset Library content remains accessible in a read-only state for 90 days before deletion, unless a longer period is required by law or your enterprise agreement.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@optoglide.ai.
International data transfers
OptoGlide is operated from the United States, and data may be processed in other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for international transfers.
Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account administrators of material changes and update the effective date above.
