Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OptoGlide, an AI Creative Intelligence Platform operated by Zonopact, Inc. ("Zonopact," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using OptoGlide, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization's workspace.

Use of the Service

You may use OptoGlide only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others, including using AI avatars or voice cloning features without proper consent from the individual depicted.

Content ownership

As between you and Zonopact, you retain ownership of the briefs, brand assets, and other input content you provide, and of the creative output generated for your account, subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable licensing terms for third-party assets used in generation.

Subscription plans and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at signup or in your order form, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in an enterprise agreement. Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges as described on the Pricing page.

AI-generated content and avatars

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before creating an AI avatar or cloned voice of any individual, and for ensuring your use of generated content, including AI avatars, complies with applicable law. Zonopact reserves the right to suspend features that appear to violate consent or usage requirements.

Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability for OptoGlide but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise plans may include specific service level commitments as set out in a separate agreement.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including through non-payment or misuse of AI avatar and voice cloning features.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonopact's liability arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators in advance of taking effect.
