Setting Up Brand Studio
How to configure logos, colors, typography, voice, and templates so every generated asset stays on brand automatically.
Brand Studio is the foundation every other studio in OptoGlide builds on. This guide covers the core configuration steps.
Upload brand assets
Navigate to Brand Studio > Guidelines and upload your primary and secondary logo files in SVG or high-resolution PNG format. Add your approved color palette using hex codes, and specify primary and secondary typefaces. If your organization licenses custom fonts, upload the font files directly so generated content can use them.
Define voice and messaging
Under Brand Studio > Voice, describe your brand’s tone in plain language, for example, “confident and direct, avoid exclamation points, avoid superlatives like best-in-class.” Add a list of approved and restricted terminology if your organization has specific requirements, common in regulated industries.
Create templates
Templates define the starting layouts for common content types: social posts, presentations, video intros and outros, and email graphics. Each template inherits your color and typography settings automatically, so updating a brand color propagates to every template using it.
Configure multi-brand support
Enterprise workspaces managing multiple brands or sub-brands can create separate guideline sets under Brand Studio > Brands. Each brand maintains its own logos, colors, and templates, while still operating under one workspace and one set of users.
Test brand compliance
Once your guidelines are configured, generate a test asset and check the Brand Compliance panel, which flags any deviation from your configured guidelines. Use this to validate your setup before rolling it out to your full team.
