Connecting Adobe and Figma

How to connect Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma so assets and templates sync with OptoGlide.

OptoGlide integrates directly with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma so designers can move assets between tools without manual export and import.

Connecting Adobe Creative Cloud

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations and select Adobe Creative Cloud.
  2. Sign in with your organization’s Adobe account and authorize OptoGlide’s requested permissions.
  3. Choose which Creative Cloud libraries to sync with Creative Asset Library. Synced assets remain editable in both platforms, with version history tracked in OptoGlide.

Connecting Figma

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations and select Figma.
  2. Authorize OptoGlide to access the specific Figma teams or projects you select, OptoGlide never requests access to your entire Figma account by default.
  3. Figma components tagged as templates can be imported into Brand Studio as reusable OptoGlide templates, keeping design system components consistent across both tools.

Keeping assets in sync

Once connected, updates made in Adobe or Figma sync to Creative Asset Library on a short delay, and updates made in OptoGlide can optionally sync back, depending on the permission level you grant during setup. Sync conflicts, such as simultaneous edits in both tools, are flagged for manual resolution rather than silently overwritten.

Disconnecting an integration

Disconnecting Adobe or Figma from Workspace Settings > Integrations stops future syncing but does not delete assets already stored in Creative Asset Library.
