Getting Started with OptoGlide

This guide walks through the first steps of setting up OptoGlide for your team, from workspace creation to your first generated asset.

1. Create your workspace

After signing up, you will be prompted to create a workspace. A workspace represents your organization and holds your brand guidelines, users, and asset library. Enterprise customers with multiple brands can create additional workspaces under a single account.

2. Set up Brand Studio

Before generating content, upload your brand guidelines into Brand Studio: logo files, brand colors, approved typography, and any messaging or voice guidance. This step matters more than any other, since every studio references Brand Studio data when generating content. Teams that skip this step and generate content immediately typically end up redoing brand setup later.

3. Invite your team

Add teammates from Workspace Settings > Members. Assign roles based on what each person needs to do: Creators can generate and edit content, Reviewers can approve or reject content in workflows, and Admins can manage workspace settings, billing, and integrations.

4. Generate your first asset

From the dashboard, choose a studio, Creative Studio, Video Studio, Avatar Studio, or AI Presentations, and select “New project.” Provide a brief describing what you need. The more specific the brief, audience, goal, key message, format, the stronger the first draft will be.

5. Review and refine

Every generated asset opens as an editable project. Adjust copy, swap visuals, or regenerate specific sections before moving the asset into an approval workflow, if your workspace has one configured.
