How Asset Tagging and Search Work
How Creative Asset Library automatically tags assets, and how to use search filters to find what you need quickly.
Automatic tagging
Every asset generated or uploaded into Creative Asset Library is automatically tagged based on its visual content, associated campaign, brand, format, and creation date. Automatic tags appear alongside any manual tags you add.
Adding manual tags
Select an asset and choose “Edit tags” to add custom tags relevant to your organization, a specific product name or internal project code, for example. Manual tags are searchable alongside automatic ones.
Using search filters
The asset search bar supports filtering by tag, brand, format, date range, and approval status. Combine filters, for example, “brand: Northwind, format: video, status: approved,” to narrow results quickly across a large library.
Visual similarity search
Select any asset and choose “Find similar” to search the library for visually similar assets, useful for confirming whether a similar graphic already exists before generating a new one.
Managing outdated assets
Assets can be archived without deleting them, removing them from default search results while preserving them for historical reference or compliance purposes. Archived assets remain accessible under Creative Asset Library > Archived.
