Managing Multiple Brands in One Workspace

How to set up and switch between multiple brand guideline sets within a single OptoGlide workspace.

When to use multiple brands

Organizations managing several distinct visual identities, regional sub-brands, acquired companies, or separate product lines, can configure multiple brand guideline sets within one workspace instead of creating separate accounts.

Setting up an additional brand

Navigate to Brand Studio > Brands and select “Add brand.” Upload logos, define colors and typography, and configure templates independently of your primary brand. Each brand operates as a self-contained guideline set.

Switching between brands

When starting a new project in any studio, select the relevant brand from the project’s Brand dropdown. Generated content will reference that brand’s guidelines exclusively, so a project cannot accidentally mix elements from two brands.

Assigning brand access by team

Under Workspace Settings > Members, administrators can restrict which brands a given user or team can access, useful when regional teams should only work within their own brand’s guidelines.

Updating a shared parent brand element

If your organization uses a shared parent element, a corporate logo lock-up, for example, across multiple sub-brands, update it once under the parent brand configuration and apply it to relevant sub-brands from Brand Studio > Brands > Shared Elements.
