Reading Your Creative Analytics Dashboard

How to interpret engagement, watch time, drop-off, and CTR metrics in Creative Intelligence.

Where analytics data comes from

Creative Intelligence pulls performance data from connected channels, social platforms, ad accounts, and video hosts, and maps it back to the specific OptoGlide asset that produced it. Data typically appears within 24 hours of a connected channel reporting it.

Key metrics explained

  • Engagement rate – Likes, comments, and shares relative to impressions, indicating how compelling an asset was to its audience.
  • Watch time – Average time viewers spent watching a video, useful for identifying pacing issues.
  • Drop-off point – The specific timestamp where the largest share of viewers stop watching, often the clearest signal of a weak scene or transition.
  • CTR (click-through rate) – The percentage of viewers who clicked a linked call to action, most relevant for ad creative and demo content.

Using the drop-off timeline

The drop-off timeline visualizes viewer retention second by second. A sharp drop at a specific point usually indicates that scene or moment is worth revising in future versions of similar content.

Creative scoring

New assets can be scored against historical performance patterns before publishing, under the Creative Scoring panel. Scores are directional guidance, not a guarantee, and should be used alongside your own judgment and audience knowledge.

Exporting reports

Analytics data can be exported as a PDF summary or CSV export under Creative Intelligence > Reports, useful for sharing performance summaries with stakeholders outside the platform.
